Day 1
Arrival in Moscow -
Upon arrival your driver meets you at the airport and transfers to your centrally-located 5-star Marriott Royal Aurora Hotel. Free evening.
Day 2
Moscow City Tour -
After breakfast you have a guided city tour. You walk through Red Square enjoying the views of St. Basil's Cathedral, enter GUM and Cathedral of Christ the Savior (if time and availability permit). After lunch at a local restaurant you visit the Novodevichiy Cemetery. Free evening.
Day 3
Kremlin & Armoury Chamber Guided Tours -
After breakfast you have a guided Kremlin tour with visits to the Armoury Chamber, the Assumption and the Archangel Cathedrals. Lunch at a local restaurant. Free evening.
Day 4
Tretyakov Gallery Tour & Embarkation -
After breakfast you have a guided tour of the Tretyakov Gallery and a short Moscow Subway ride. After the tour you are transferred to the port to board MS Volga Dream. In the evening you enjoy Welcome Dinner on board.
Day 5
Stop in Uglich -
Today you make a stop in Uglich and visit the Church of St. Dimitry-on-Blood and the St. John's Church where you enjoy the concert of choral music.
Day 6
Stop in Yaroslavl -
Today you visit the Church of Elijah the Prophet and the Spassky Monastery, walk along the river embankment and participate in a costumed reception held in a governor's house.
Day 7
Stop in Goritsy -
Today you have a guided walking Goritsy tour with visits to the historic Monastery of St. Cyril and the museum of icons.
Day 8
Stop at Kizhi -
Today you walk through the island of Kizhi and see its famous Pogost with the massive Transfiguration Church built without a single nail, superb windmills and ancient Russian wooden houses.
Day 9
Stop in Mandrogi -
Today you make a stop in Mandrogi, where you have some free time to stroll around this village with old wooden houses and crafts exhibitions, and buy authentic Russian souvenirs. Later you have a barbeque onboard.
Day 10
Hermitage & St. Petersburg City Tour -
Today you arrive in St. Petersburg and disembark from your ship. Your guide meets you at the pier and takes you on a panoramic city tour with an inside visit of the Peter and Paul Cathedral. After lunch in a city restaurant you visit the Hermitage Museum. After the tour you are transferred to your 5-star Kempinski Moika Hotel for check-in.
Day 11
Trip to Peterhof -
After breakfast you explore the former summer residence of Russian tsars - Peterhof. You visit the Bath Cottage and take a walk in the beautiful Lower Park. After lunch at a local restaurant, you return to St. Petersburg and enjoy free evening.
Day 12
Trip to Pushkin -
After breakfast you travel to Pushkin to stroll around its lavish parks and see the amazing Catherine's Palace. After lunch at a local restaurant you return to St. Petersburg and have free evening.
Day 13
Departure from St. Petersburg -
After breakfast you check out from the hotel and your driver transfers you to the airport for your flight back home.
